Excellent Condition - Original Right Hand Drive.

Chassis Number; YDH5 - 877

.

UK registered;   FSJ 346

One of only 457 original Right Hand Drive cars made.

The very first CDK assembled car built in South Africa.

This virtually rust-free car was re-imported into the UK during 1998 and has since undergone a sympathetic cosmetic restoration, with new Orient red paintwork, all new weather equipment including side-screens, new soft top and both tonneau covers. The new black leather trim is complimented with new carpets and a reproduction "Bluemels" steering wheel and period "Radiomobile" push button radio.

Other optional extras include De-Luxe seats, chrome boot rack, spot and fog lamps along with the superbly styled "Dunlop" Peg Drive wheels.

The previous owner's choice of summer only motoring is probably encouraged by the fact that this car does not have and has never been fitted with a heater, although one could be fitted is so required.

Mechanically the car performs well and the engine shows good pressure. Brakes and steering appear to be in good order and the gears change nicely with the exception of a less than perfect second gear syncromesh which would not create a problem for a more experienced driver.
